Standard Studio Apartment.
Our standard studio apartment is generously spacious, sleeping up to three people. This comfortable room features a king single bed with a living and dining area, and queen lounge/sofa bed.
Our Support Packages have been approved by the NDIS as Short-Term Accommodation and Assistance and include accommodation in a Standard or Deluxe Studio Apartment.
Additional room charges, including a second room for carers or family members, are out of pocket expenses which will generally not be funded by the NDIS. In some instances, the NDIS will fund additional rooms. However, as everyone’s circumstances are different, we encourage you to speak with your Local Area Coordinator, Support Coordinator or Plan Manager to discuss what may be covered by the NDIS.
It is part of our policy that we can only bill additional rooms to your NDIS plan on the condition that we receive written approval from your Plan Manager or the NDIS prior to your stay.
Without approval, these charges will be invoiced separately to you and will need to be paid for privately at check-in.

Deluxe Studio Apartment.
Our Deluxe Studio Apartment offers a generous amount of space and sleeps up to four people. This comfortable room features two king single beds (can be made up as one king bed), lounge/queen sofa bed and a living/dining area.

Our Ocean View Deluxe Apartment offers a generous amount of space and sleeps up to four people. This comfortable room features two king single beds (can be made up as one king bed), lounge/queen sofa bed and a living/dining area. This apartment faces north and has uninterrupted ocean views.
Our Support Packages have been approved by the NDIS as Short-Term Accommodation and Assistance and include accommodation in a Standard or Deluxe Studio Apartment.
