Adapted Recreation.
Adapted Mountain Bike Trials (2 night stay)
Inclusions:
- Accommodation in a standard or deluxe apartment
- Up to 6 hours per day assistance with self-care activities at a 1:1 ratio
- 2 x 2 hour adaptive MTB sessions with access to a range of different cycle options
- Photo and videos of trials
- Recommendation report
Adapted Surfing (2 night stay)
Inclusions:
- Accommodation in a standard or deluxe apartment
- Up to 6 hours per day assistance with self-care activities at a 1:1 ratio
- 2 x 1.5hr adaptive surfing sessions with up to 2:1 support in the ocean
Nursing.
Continence Review and Script for NDIS & icare (2 night stay)
Inclusions:
- Accommodation in standard or deluxe apartment
- Up to 6 hours per day assistance with self-care activities at a 1:1 ratio
- 1-hour assessment with Clinical Nurse Consultant
- Trialing of products
- Completion of report and paperwork
Continence Management Training (5 night stay)
Learn a new bowel or bladder routine.
Inclusions:
- Accommodation in standard or deluxe apartment
- Up to 6 hours per day assistance with self-care activities at a 1:1 ratio
- Tele health consult with Clinic Nurse Consultant prior to stay
- Daily support from nursing team
- Support worker training on request.

Our Bespoke Program includes services in addition to our standard Wellness Package inclusions. You will need to speak with your icare contact to determine whether this is something icare will fund for you. If icare decide to fund these additional services, you will then be issued with a separate approval.
