Full Body Yes Yoga

This yoga retreat is intended to be a deeply personal exploration, journeyed together, through embodied movement practices, breathwork, music and an array of other immersive experiences and creative workshops.

Delivered by Brooke Elliston and supported by a team of passionate volunteers, the retreat flow will be curated specifically to you to expand your comfort zone, to harness your unique genius and gifts, and to create a practical step-by-step roadmap to actualising your clearest and deepest desires, that you can implement easily after the retreat is over.

Where meals have been listed in the schedule, they will be catered by the talented Missy from The Imperfect Nutritionist. Using Missy’s knowledge in food as medicine, she has spent years in the kitchen creating healthy, wholesome versions of loved up staples, which she has shared through her wholefoods café in Long Reef and we are lucky to have her create a wholesome menu for the week for you to enjoy.

“I did not think it would be possible for me to do a yoga retreat. I am a T6 para in an electric wheelchair. I hadn't sat on the floor since my injury, and cannot sit up unsupported. By day two I was sitting on the floor, supported by cushions. By the end of day two I was sitting unsupported and by day four I was sitting unsupported with my arms raised above my head. This occurred as impossible to me!...and these skills are a part of me now.

I discovered a new way to relate to my body as a whole through the meditation and relaxation sessions. I feel more aware of my body, and generally more relaxed and calm. This has changed my experience of life.”

Brooke Elliston is a curator and creator, facilitating deep internal journeys of breath and body through yoga trainings and retreats around the world. She notoriously shares the ‘Full Body Yes’—an invitation to lean into the full spectrum of human experience, all the way from pleasure to intensity and leaving nothing out.
Brooke has a dedicated practice and has studied extensively with renowned teachers and Eastern yoga schools.
