As a guest of Sargood on Collaroy, to be eligible for a stay, I acknowledge that:

• I have permanent damage to my spinal cord that is not progressive or palliative..
• Sargood on Collaroy is not equipped to support ventilator dependent tetraplegics. (If you use an Oxygen Concentrator, please contact us to discuss whether we are able to meet your support requirements).
• If my care requirements are complex and likely to exceed our staff’s skill set, I might be required to bring my own trained support.
