Making Strides X Sargood on Collaroy

Sargood on Collaroy is thrilled to be offering a 13-night spinal cord injury intensive exercise rehab program delivered by Making Strides' specialised therapists.

Regular physical activity after sustaining a spinal cord injury can help improve independence, decrease pain, promote neural regeneration, and reduce the risk of secondary complications.
